Car Scout aggregates Australian used-car listings and adds research tools buyers actually use: composite value scoring, write-off flagging, sold-price history, dealer desperation signals, and AI-driven research. If your inventory is on Car Scout, every listing card links back to your page on your site. We don't hide the source, we drive traffic to it.

What we'd ingest
A clean JSON feed (or webhook) with at minimum:
- Listing ID, source URL, title
- Make, model, variant, year
- Price (AUD), kms, transmission, fuel type, body type, drive type
- VIN (if available — critical for write-off / PPSR linking)
- State / suburb / postcode
- Image URL, dealer name, contact
- Listed-at + last-updated timestamps
We can also accept your existing format (CSV, RSS, GraphQL, XML) — we'll write the adapter on our side.

Commercial terms
Negotiable case-by-case. Options we're open to:
- Free reciprocal — we ingest your feed at no cost, you don't pay us
- Featured placement — boosted ranking in "Best value" / search results for a monthly fee
- Referral revenue share — we drive traffic to your listings, you share click-through value
- White-label — your branded version of Car Scout for your inventory only
Current status
Car Scout is an experimental research prototype in active development. We currently ingest publicly available data from CarsGuide and Drive. We're prioritizing partnerships with sources that have data we can't reach otherwise — auction houses, private-seller platforms, and manufacturer certified programs are especially welcome.
We're not VC-backed. We're not trying to disrupt anyone. We're building tools we wished existed for our own car-buying research and opening them up to anyone who finds them useful. If a partnership makes sense for both sides, let's talk.
