These terms are a starting draft suitable for an experimental research prototype operated as a sole-operator small business in Australia. They are not legal advice. Before scaling Car Scout into a commercial operation, have a commercial lawyer review and tailor these for your specific arrangements (dealer agreements, partnership terms, employee/contractor IP assignments, etc.).
